Familjen on Australian tour

Following up the huge success of the release of his debut album down under, Familjen is going on an Australian tour this September/October. The single “Det snurrar i min skalle” is on heave rotation on the radio charts and Johan is doing interviews after interviews for the shows. 5 of the dates will be as support for excellent Ladytron and 5 more will be on the touring Parklife Festival. All you Aussies have to learn Skånska. Right?

Added is also some nice dates in Norway, Finland and the superb Island Airways on Island.

We have so many Emil Jensen announcements today.

• We announce hereby that Emil’s third album get it’s official release the 3rd of September 2008. It will be called simply “Emil Jensen”. There is a reason for that.

• There are two ways to get your hands on the album before it is officially released.

1. Come to one of the shows this summer. The album will be for sale there.

2. Fill in the order form that you find HERE . You will receive the album in our postbox 10 days before official release date.

• We have made new good looking, completely organic and fairtrade t-shirts and bags. Check them out and buy them HERE!

• We here by announce the look of the artwork for the album. Download a full version HERE . It’s so sharp and made by the talented Mr Slivka in mighty collaboration with Mr Westrup..

It’s the middle of the summer that never starts. It is turning stranger every day we think. Today we hear him sing for the first time. We can’t really figure out what it is all about although it is so obvious. Marcus Cato is now 14 songs into his ongoing series of releases here on Adrian Recordings website. We are piece by piece creating a new smaller universe, consisting of less but more intense matter. Is there a pattern? We thought so. Now we’re not so sure. Problem is that it is not internal.

This project is the opposite of the Internet. The opposite of availability. You’ll have to find this one yourself. It doesn’t find you. This is the only place where you can find his music. This is how we release his tunes. No records, No MySpace, No Facebook, No Trig, No Virb, No last FM. No artwork, No video, No EPKs. Nothing more than this little player here, and the music from it. It’s not a statement. It’s just how it is. Please leave a message in the guestbook.

He has been making music for so long. He is the mastermind behind artists like Familjen, eMiL Jensen and David & the Citizens, and simply one of the most talented persons we have ever met. He doesn't agree. So we bought him a recording device and forced him to deliver songs.

Every Wednesday, until Wednesday the 1st April 2009, we will bring you a new track. It will be 52 tracks. It will create a whole. A mountain of grain.

This is the 6th track and the June credit of the ongoing series of terror that Dmitry Fyodorov throws at us every 29th of 2008. What began last month with the snarling “Warcollapse!” continues here. This is the second installation of Dmitry Fyodorov's special theme series celebrating some great landmarks of time and the spirit of keeping it on the wrong side of train tracks. “Anti Cimex” tells the story of when the day dreamy, night living transformer Getsuei meet Strelnikov and his red train and they form an alliance to take over the world by train.

This is the May issue of the series of releases that Dmitry Fyodorov releases every 29th of 2008 from Adrian Recordings. This time the ghost brings you a little crossover junction called “Warcollapse!” This track will take you to the dark techno side of town on an old school t-34 tank driven by Cleopatra Jones, a little more tech than banger. Emil Jensen - ”Så får du mig ändå” – Single preview

This is a sneak preview of the new Emil jensen single “Så får du mig ändå”. Filmed and edited by Herman and Oskar during Emil’s long bicycle tour last summer. This is a live version but the single is of course recorded in studio. This time Lars Halapi has produced. The single is released the 11th of June and the album arrives this fall. However, if you wanna buy the album before that, you can do so during Emil’s upcoming summer tour.

The “Ström Theme” from national Swedish Radio show Ström which features all things electronic and is hosted by Andreas Tilliander along with Håkan Lidbo. The remix is a melodic melancholic take on the Ström theme song, in true Boeoes Kaelstigen-esque fashion with 12bit-gritty congas providing the melody.

Printer – You Need To

Tomorrow the 19th of May we are releasing the new single from our beloved neighbors in Printer. Printer’s the sound of the dark Copenhagen, where Muhammed caricatures, burning cars and hooligans are nothing to the lonely rooming of a distant wanderer. But when you’re closing in, you can see that our leading character’s wearing head phones. Solely he’s nodding his head in steady rhythm. ”You Need To” is the second single from Printers’ hypnotic album “Can You take More?”. The perfect mix for body and soul, megabits and membranes.

Also featured on the single is a demo version of the track “Around the Bridges”. It is interesting to hear the evaluation the track has made from this demo version to the final version on the album. Here is the core of the song. It’s a beautiful thing in itself.

Andreas Tilliander is one of Europe’s most occupied and respected electronic musicians. Here he has taken a weird fetish approach on the Printer track “Nightclub”.
