2010-07-28 In September 2010 Dmitry Fyodorov will release the follow up to their debut album “Shapeless” that haunted the web space when it was released earlier this year. We all remember the disgusting video to the track Simcoe . The forthcoming album is called “Shapeless: The Remixes” and is just that. All the tracks from the original album remixed and put together to a remix album. You will experience new talents as well as old mounding trolls.

This week we seep the first appetizer, and what a goodie it is. The Danish demon producer Mikkel Metal is serving us an elegant cheese cake of a remix. Yummy and delicate for a sunny afternoon in the garden. Enjoy it responsibly together with the drug of your choice.

Mikkel Metal lives in Copenhagen and is well known for his works for labels like Danish Echocord and German label Kompakt, where he so far has thrown off three 12”. These works continuing his click-aesthetic and dub-influence, but take a slightly different path, and go from shuffle techno to slow melodic 4/4-based tracks, which might be a suitable description of “Thinking of Space (Mikkel Metal Remix)”
